02 Account Register
Opening an account on KKVIP is quick and straightforward. However, providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time.
- Each person may hold only one account — multiple accounts sharing the same name, address, or device are not permitted.
- The mobile number provided at registration must be active and registered in your name.
- It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- A copy of your National ID card or passport may be required for KYC verification.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on KKVIP are fully secure and encrypted. We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. All deposit and withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved by our finance team.
- Minimum deposit: BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
- Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
- Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes.
- Withdrawal funds will be sent only to the account used for the original deposit.
- KKVIP does not charge any deposit fees, though payment provider fees may apply.
- Withdrawals may be suspended if fraudulent transactions are detected.
Warning: Deposits made using another person's payment account may be voided and the account may be temporarily blocked. Always use a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance. Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Once the requirements are fulfilled, winnings will be transferred to your main balance.
04 Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed at all times when betting on KKVIP. These rules apply to all types of betting, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, fish games, and all other games.
- Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out option in live betting).
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, kkvip reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- Placing bets through match fixing or using insider information will result in permanent account closure.
- Attempting to gain an advantage by placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
- Betting limits are determined based on account tier and the user's betting history.
- If a sports event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
- Kkvip is not responsible for disconnections during live betting.
KKVIP uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure full transparency in betting. All game outcomes are completely fair and random. No player's result is predetermined.

07 Account Closure & Restrictions

Warning: If an account is closed, any bonus balance in that account will be forfeited. However, any legitimate real-money balance may be returned subject to verification.

09 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between KKVIP and any user, we always prioritize resolution through mutual discussion. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

- Step 2: The support team will investigate the matter within 48 hours.
- Step 3: If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to senior management.
- Step 4: If unresolved, the matter will proceed to independent arbitration.
In the event of a dispute over betting results, kkvip's server logs shall serve as the final and definitive record. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, the corrected result will apply.
10 Right to Modify Terms
KKVIP reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of any changes as far in advance as possible.
- At least 7 days' notice will be given for any significant changes.
- Continuing to use the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those terms.
- If you do not agree to the updated terms, please contact Support to close your account.
